Based on our staff, we commit to:
- Ensure compliance with internal requirements and regulations, including the prevention of risk situations for our personnel, contained in our single document;
- Have a permanent and active listening with regard to our customers, implement continuous improvement actions of our products, services and management of our environmental aspects in order to maintain customer satisfaction;
- Anticipate and prevent adverse events regarding the protection of our natural environment impacts caused by our activity;
- Reduce our environmental impact by scheduling actions:
- Optimization of sorting our waste
- Use of environmentally friendly processes in an economically viable cost
- Train and educate our staff to enrich our internal resources, the pillars of the success of our approach;
- Contact our Quality Policy - Environment in all our staff and make available to the public.
This represents for us an ongoing concern that has led to recognition of our quality management system - ISO Certification by the Environment 9001 (2000) and ISO 14001 (2004).
The strategic priorities of the coming year are from the synthesis of the management review and single document.
For this year the main axes are:
- Anticipation of regulatory changes related to our products
- Development of research partnerships for the design of new products
- Optimization of the automated production line
- Training (SST Lifeguard First Aid at Work) for all staff
- Optimization of quality system / environment.
